Probably not their fault but my nail polish chipped and peeled off after 3 days. They were all very nice though. I was right it was not their fault. My nails and nail polish don't work well together. I had them do gel nails and they do an awesome job and my nails always look so cool and don't chip and break anymore. Now my 92 year old mother goes here and her nails are also better.
